• You have not previously been banned, suspended, or excluded from 666gk or any other gambling platform for fraudulent activity, Terms violations, or problem gambling issues.
• You are not employed by 666gk, its affiliates, game providers, or any entity involved in the operation of 666gk services.

666gk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in Account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or permanent termination. 666gk strictly prohibits underage gambling and employs age verification procedures to prevent minors from accessing Services.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To access 666gk services, You must register a personal Account by providing accurate and truthful information, including Your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You may register only one (1) Account. Multiple Accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all duplicate Accounts and forfeiture of associated Funds.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account login credentials, including username and password. You agree to:

4.3 Account Verification

666gk operates under PAGCOR regulatory requirements and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) compliance obligations. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, payment method verification, and source of funds documentation. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied pending satisfactory completion of verification procedures.

5. Deposits and Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

666gk accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank), 7-Eleven CLiQQ, QR Ph, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). All deposits must originate from payment sources registered in Your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and Funds confiscation.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Cryptocurrency and bank transfer deposits may require blockchain confirmations or banking hours and may take up to 24 hours to reflect in Your Account. 666gk does not charge deposit fees; however, Your payment provider may impose transaction fees beyond our control.

5.3 Deposit Limits

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1-3 business days depending on Your financial institution. 6.3 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

7. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with game outcomes, software, or platform functionality is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

7.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure, all affected bets and winnings shall be void. 666gk will refund affected wagers to player Accounts. We are not liable for losses arising from malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or third-party software failures.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

8.1 Bonus Terms

Bonus terms include eligibility requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, expiration dates, and withdrawal conditions. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry wagering requirements, meaning bonus funds and associated winnings must be wagered a specified number of times before becoming eligible for withdrawal. 9. Limitation of Liability

666gk's total liability to You for any claims arising from these Terms or Your use of Services shall not exceed the amount deposited into Your Account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

666gk is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity failures, hardware malfunctions, unauthorized Account access due to Your negligence, delays in payment processing due to third-party provider issues, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close Your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, You may withdraw Your Account balance subject to completion of wagering requirements and verification procedures. Closed Accounts cannot be reopened unless approved by 666gk management.

10.2 Involuntary Suspension or Termination

666gk reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate Your Account immediately and without prior notice if You violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse bonuses, provide false information, or engage in any conduct detrimental to 666gk or other users. Upon termination for Terms violations, all Funds may be forfeited and Your personal information reported to regulatory authorities as required by law.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

666gk supports responsible gaming through self-exclusion programs. If You believe You have a gambling problem, You may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from 666gk services. Arbitration shall be conducted in Manila, Philippines, with proceedings in English. Each party shall bear its own costs, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

12.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with 666gk on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits, collective arbitration, or representative actions against 666gk.
